The designated courier shall attempt the first delivery without notice. If the Customer is absent, the courier shall leave a notice (slip in the mailbox or sticker on the doorbell) and shall attempt delivery again on the next business day.
In the event of further absence, the Customer shall be contacted directly by the courier for a third attempt. If the fourth attempt also proves unsuccessful, then the product shall be returned to the Nabico warehouse and the order shall be cancelled. - Packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or altered
Once the courier’s bill of lading has been signed, the Customer shall no longer be entitled to raise any complaint regarding the external properties of the delivered goods.
