Availability

Real-time availability is shown for each item on the Nabico website:

• AVAILABLE means that it is available immediately at our warehouse. Availability as shown refers to a single item. If you wish to purchase several items, you must first place the required quantity in the shopping cart and then check the actual availability in the shopping cart. (Example of wording that could appear: 3 of 5 items available immediately)
• NOT AVAILABLE means that the item is not available for purchase. It will therefore not be possible to place this item in the “shopping cart” section.

Select the specific option on the product page for availability in the selected specification (e.g. colour, material, thickness, etc.) and check the information in the shopping cart before submitting your order.

Please be aware that an error relating to stock on hand may have occurred (affecting therefore actual availability) that could lead to delays. In this case, an email will be sent with information about the expected arrival time of the missing material. Customers may change or cancel their order at any time by contacting us by email.

Right of withrawal

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014, covering distance contracts, i.e. sales made outside business premises. Under this legislation, consumers are granted the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for them to return the purchased product and to be reimbursed for the expenditure incurred. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), so it cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to their practice, where applicable.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must, within 14 days (10 business days) of receipt of the goods, send a notice stating that they wish to withdraw from the contract and at the same time return the goods within 14 days to our Nabico office. The only non-refundable costs are those incurred by the consumer in shipping the product.

The right of withdrawal shall be forfeited altogether if the returned product is not intact, i.e:

• Original packaging is missing
• Integral product elements (e.g. handlebar caps, end tapes, etc.) are missing
• Product is damaged due to causes other than shipping.

The return of the product in the event of withdrawal is the responsibility of the consumer and the associated costs shall be covered by the customer.

Customers who purchase through companies and/or as VAT registered professionals and for whom an invoice has therefore been issued cannot claim the right of withdrawal (Article 1469 bis). Possible exceptions to the right of withdrawal are governed under Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

Procedure for exercising the right of whitdrawal

In the event that you have purchased an item (even if you have not received it yet) from our website and you wish to cancel such purchase, you need to follow this simple procedure:

• Send Nabico an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• Using a courier of your choice, ship the product carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories and original contents.
• Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and cover the relevant costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value shown on the invoice and it is damaged or lost during transport, Nabico shall reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred, offsetting any such damage against the amount to be refunded.

Refund

Nabico shall refund the cost of the goods shipped within 7 business days after receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs and any surcharge due to any bank fees that may be charged depending on the method of payment chosen by the customer (e.g. PayPal) shall be excluded from any refund. Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used by the customer.

Transport cost refund

When returning items that have been shipped by Nabico with the promotion “Free shipping costs for orders in excess of €40 – Italy” and “Free shipping costs for orders in excess of €69.99 – Abroad”, €5.00 to €14.90 will be withheld from the amount to be refunded as a contribution to the initial shipping costs incurred by Nabico for the customer. In the event that following the returned items the initial order still exceeds €40 for goods shipped in Italy and €69.99 for goods shipped abroad, no amount shall be withheld.
